I Made this little deco in 2008 for a Round Robin. It has never been returned but I hope some day it'll find it's way back to me as I was very happy with how it went together.
Welcome to my blog. I am still learning how to be a blogger so bare with me. I welcome your comments. I'm having fun doing art and thought this is a good way to share all my artful adventure.

Mini World Book

Mini World Book, I made this mini book in a matchbox for a swap in my Book Arts class at Sac City. Each page has a map of a contintent and the name. The front of the book has a passport image on it. It slips into a case that has a globe and a compass on it.

Hi all,
Saturday night after our visit to the Easter Island, A dance troupe came aboard to give a performance. It was very nice and the male dancers were extremely fit!!
We headed west on the Pacific Ocean on February 24. It took two days to get to land, Robinson Crusoe Island. We were there just ½ day then we continued west for another 3 days to get to Easter Island. We are now headed east, back to South America. We should be there in 5 days. It'll be good to get caught up on my photos….as long as the sea is quiet!!.
We will get off of the ship in Arica, Chile on Saturday and fly to Cusco Peru for two nights where we will travel by train to Machu Picchu. We then return to the ship in Lima Peru. It'll be pretty active after that with a trip to the Galapogos and several days in Equador.
Internet is VERY slow and costs by the minute so we haven't been able to upload photos to flickr or blog as we'd like. That'll have to wait until we get home But here's just a couple.
