The Artist Circle Workshop-Acrylic Wash
Here's step 2b. I LIKE this effect. I put a dab of cheap acrylic paint on the tin foil, added lots of water with a brush and brushed it on the tags. I really like how vibrant the colors are.

I like your tags and the different pencil techniques. Never used pencils but will have to try after looking at yours.
